This service is available for purchases of ‘In Stock’ items made by 1pm each day between Monday to Friday.

UPS service will require a signature on arrival and if the recipient is not available at the delivery address we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery within the guaranteed timescale.
Orders placed over the weekend or national holidays will not be processed until the following working day which will add one more day to delivery times.
Please note that non-mainland US locations delivery times can extend by one to two days.
Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address and cannot be held responsible for any errors in the address details you enter when placing your order with us online.
You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Items sent via any of our carriers should arrive in pristine condition. If they do not and the contents of your package are damaged in any way we must be advised of this in writing within 24 hours of receipt of goods. We may require visual evidence such as a photograph of the damage and damaged packaging in order to rectify this unfortunate and unlikely situation for you. If we do not receive notification of the fact that goods have been received damaged within 24 hours we will be unable to action any remedy. Please note that when you receive goods that require a signature, if damage has occurred please notify the carrier immediately in support of your claim with ourselves.
